| • Day 01 | Arrival at Paro. Upon arrival at Paro airport, received by a representative of Bhutan Agent. Transfer to the hotel. Dinner and overnight at the hotel in Paro. |
| • Day 02 | Paro sightseeing. Visit Drukgyel Dzong, Kyichu Lhakhang, and Rimpung Dzong (Paro Dzong). After lunch, visit Ta Dzong (National Museum). Dinner and overnight at the hotel in Paro. |
| • Day 03 | Paro - Shana (Start of Trek). Trek starts at Drukgyal Dzong, following the Paro river, passing through villages and forests. Camp at Shana. Altitude 2,820m; Distance 14 km; Time 5-6 hours. |
| • Day 04 | Shana - Thangthangka. Trek through heavily forested areas along the river, passing a junction leading to Tibet. Camp in a meadow. Altitude 3,610m; Distance 21 km; Time 7-8 hours. |
| • Day 05 | Thangthangka - Jangothang. After passing a small army post, ascend through a valley to Jhomolhari base camp. Camp near yak herdsmen huts. Altitude 4,115m; Distance 15 km; Time 5-6 hours. |
| • Day 06 | Rest day at Jangothang. Enjoy views of the surrounding mountains. Overnight at Jhomolhari base camp. |
| • Day 07 | Jangothang - Lingshi. Trek across Nyeley la pass with views of Jumolhari, Jichu Drakey, and Tsrim Ghang. Descend to Lingshi camp. Altitude 4,000m; Time 7-8 hours. |
| • Day 08 | Lingshi - Shodu. Trek over Yalila Pass (4,820m) with views of Mount Jumolhari, Tserim Kang, and Masagang. Overnight at Shodu. Time 8 hours. |
| • Day 09 | Shodu - Barshong. Descend through alpine forests along the Thimphu River. Visit Barshong Dzong ruins. Camp at Barshong. Altitude 3,600m; Time 6-7 hours. |
| • Day 10 | Barshong - Dolamkencho. Trek through alpine forests and along the Thimphu River. Ascend to Dolamkencho camp. Altitude 3,600m; Time 5-6 hours. |
| • Day 11 | Dolamkencho - Dodena - Thimphu. Descend through bamboo forests to Dodena. Drive 15 km to Thimphu. Overnight at the hotel. |
| • Day 12 | Thimphu sightseeing. Visit National Memorial Chorten, Dupthop Lhakhang, National Library, Painting School, Traditional Medicine Institute, and Tashichho Dzong. Visit Handicrafts Emporium for souvenir shopping. Overnight at the hotel. |
| • Day 13 | Departure. Early morning drive to Paro airport for departure. |
